Conditions of Supply

1) The undersigned hereby authorise the above listed bank and trade references to release information to One Stop Fire Shop Pty Ltd for use in the evaluation of this credit application, and the undersigned has read, understands and agrees to all of the terms and conditions contained herein.

2) The undersigned agrees to pay the account on One Stop Fire Shop Pty Ltd agreed and written credit terms which may be varied from time to time.

3) The undersigned will be responsible for payment of all services rendered at their order, or any person in their employ or agent acting on their behalf.

4) The undersigned indemnifies One Stop Fire Shop Pty Ltd against any loss incurred due to change of ownership, partnership or change of address of applicant, unless written advice of such change is received and acknowledged by One Stop Fire Shop Pty Ltd prior to service being
rendered.

5) All new accounts will be on COD until credit is approved in writing.
