Free delivery across South East Queensland
Our vans run free scheduled deliveries every week:
- Wednesday: Gold Coast
- Thursday: Sunshine Coast
- Friday: Brisbane
To make the run, place your order by 4pm the day before.
Free freight to regional Queensland
Orders over $1,000 (ex GST) ship free to regional Queensland, including Toowoomba, Dalby, Roma, Rockhampton, Yeppoon, Mackay, Townsville and Cairns. Place freight orders by 12pm for same-day dispatch.
Orders under $1,000 can still be sent by freight at standard rates. Call us and we’ll give you a quote.

Prefer to collect? We’re open from 6am, Monday to Friday, at 48 Abbotsford Road, Bowen Hills QLD 4006.

GST
All orders delivered within Australia include GST, which is shown on your invoice.
Returns
Ordered the wrong thing? No problem. Let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll arrange a return. Items need to be unused and in saleable condition, and returns must be approved by us first, so please get in touch before sending anything back.
Once we receive the item, we’ll credit your account or refund your card. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at your cost.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, or we’ve sent the wrong item, contact us and we’ll replace it. We’ll handle any freight claims, so you don’t have to.
